Peyton Reed confirms that he has directed episodes of The Mandalorian Season 2.
Ant-Man and The Wasp director Peyton Reed has officially confirmed his involvement with the Disney+ Original Series The Mandalorian. Word of Peyton Reed’s involvement in the second season of the series first surfaces back in early March while the series was reaching its final weeks of production. Today, on Star Wars Day, Peyton Reed took to Twitter to confirm that he has indeed directed some episodes of The Mandalorian Season 2.
Today has been a huge day for announcements and premieres for the Star Wars Universe. Making it a super special Star Wars Day all around. Earlier today, Star Wars went on to officially announce an untitled Star Wars film that will be directed by Taika Waititi, and an untitled live-action Star Wars series from Russian Doll co-creator Leslye Headland.
Exclusively on Disney+, you can catch the series finale of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, and the newly released Disney Gallery docuseries focusing on the first season of The Mandalorian.
