The appearance of Wanda and Vision’s twin boys, Wiccan and Speed in the upcoming WandaVision Disney+ series has been one of the biggest plot points rumored for the series. Last month, MCU Cosmic reported that Marvel Studios was casting infant twin boys and when Disney+ launched last week, subscribers of the streaming service got a special inside look into the future of the MCU. In this special look, we got what could be considered the most solid piece of confirmation about the twins appearing in the show.
In a new report by MCU Cosmic, Marvel Studios has now added for two 8-year old twin boys for the speculated roles, under the codenames Timmy and Adam. MCU Cosmic goes on to mention that there have been rumors about the boys rapidly aging in the series over the course of each week. When we first see the twins we would see them as infants in a 50s themed episode, like children in an episode set in the 70s/80s, and again as teenagers in a more modern episode.
Going by these rumors, we can speculate that Marvel will add two teenage twin males to the roster to portray the teenage versions of Wiccan and Speed. If all the other rumors are to be believed, then these teenaged twins would be sticking around in the MCU for quite some time as Marvel Studios is reportedly looking to bring the Young Avengers into the MCU.
