Barry Allen is recruiting members of his rogues gallery to face off against the likes of The Fiddler and Captain Boomerang as Red Death slowly puts together a new team of rogues to torment him. As we’ve seen in the last week and this week’s episodes of The Flash. Barry Allen has had to come face to face with the new Captain Boomerang Owen Mercer and a new Fiddler, both of who are working for Red Death.
As Red Death fully emerges from her cocoon, she is set on making Central City pay for The Flash’s injustices, whatever they may be, and along the way, she looks to recruit more villains to assemble a team and go toe to toe against The Flash’s rogue team in Rogues War!

ON THE MOVE – Barry (Grant Gustin) and Iris (Candice Patton) start to put together the pieces of what’s happening in Central City and believe they know what the Rogues are after. Team Flash works together and recruits some unlikely allies to help, and the plan does not go as Team Flash expects. Meanwhile, Allegra (Kayla Compton) does her best to avoid having a conversation with Chester (Brandon McKnight).
The Flash Season 9, Episode 3 – Rogues War airs Wednesday, February 22nd at 9:00 pm EST on The CW.
