Book of Boba Fett: Robert Rodriguez, Bryce Dallas Howard, Jon Favreau, and Dave Filoni Confirmed As Episode Directors


Production on The Book of Boba Fett has recently wrapped and we now have official word on who are the directors on some of the episodes we will see in the upcoming spin-off series all thanks to our friends over at The DisInsider via Express.co.uk and Cinelinx. Robert Rodriguez, Bryce Dallas Howard, Jon Favreau, and Dave Filoni have all been confirmed as episode directors on The Book of Boba Fett series. This information was revealed in a recent interview with the star of the series Temura Morrison who will portray Boba Fett once again.

We’ve got some great directors onboard – Robert Rodriguez, Favreau, Bryce [Dallas Howard], Dave Filoni.” He also stated that the show isn’t just about Boba Fett. “It’s a duo thing. We’ve got Ming-Na Wen in there – she’s playing the master assassin, Fennec Shan.”

In addition, The Book of Boba Fett will feature an appearance from The Mandalorian himself Din Djarin, amongst other Bounty Hunters from the Star Wars Universe like Bossk, Dengar, and Cad Bane. Despite production on The Book of Boba Fett officially wrapped, we have yet to hear any new information outside of this information provided by Temuera himself.

Temuera Morrison reprised his role as Boba Fett in The Mandalorian Season 2 in an episode directed by Robert Rodriguez which also featured Ming-Na Wen’s, Fennec Shan. The series will take place in the same timeline as The Mandalorian. Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni will once again serve as producers on the series.
