The long-awaited Fantastic Four reboot looks to be taking shape and it seems like it will arrive sooner than we thought. According to a rumor report by The Geeks Worldwide, they are hearing that Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios are looking to release their Fantastic Four film in the year 2020.
While this is all but confirmed, The Geeks Worldwide have had a pretty good track record when it comes to their scoops. So while we can only take this news with a grain of salt, it is something we, as fans, can definitely be excited about.
Marvel Studios skipped San Diego Comic-Con last year due to Avengers: Infinity War being released and confirmed that they would be saving their new slate of announcements for Phase 4 and beyond, after the release of Avengers: Endgame and the end of Phase Three, which was recently confirmed to end with the upcoming Spider-Man: Far From Home film.
We can only speculate right now that this Fantastic Four film will be announced, to say the least, next month at the Marvel Studios Hall H panel at SDCC along with potential casting news, conceptual art and images for the Black Widow solo film, The Eternals, Shang-Chi and more.
We’ll keep you guys posted as this story develops.
