The Star Wars star has finalized a deal to star in and produce Brian K. Vaughan’s upcoming Ex Machina live-action comic book adaptation, The Great Machine. Ex Machina creator Brian K. Vaughan is attached as a producer. Isaac’s longtime manager and producer Jason Spire will also serve as a producer alongside Oscar Isaac.
Oscar Isaac is set to portray Mitchell Hundred, a former superhero operating under the codename Great Machine before becoming mayor of New York after the events of 9/11.
