Marvel Studios is known for wanting to please its fans, after releasing the official Avengers: Endgame trailer earlier today, following it with an official theatrical poster. Marvel Studios received a little of backlash from its fans for not including Danai Gurira, who plays Oyoke, in the list of credited actors listed on top of its poster (pictured below).
As you can see above, Danai Gurira is not in the list of cast members for the film. Given how I mentioned before, that Marvel wants nothing more than to please its fans, Danai Gurira was added to the list, and rightfully so. You can check out the revised movie poster below:
Danai Gurira’s Okoye has become a massive fan favorite since her MCU debut in Marvel Studios’ Black Panther. Not only has she won the fans over with her loyalty to the King of Wakanda, but she’s also won over fans with her skills in battle and how to overcome adversity, even when the end of days look at you straight in the face.
Danai Gurira will be back on the frontlines of battle in the upcoming Avengers: Endgame film. In theaters April 26.
