Out of 30 nomination categories, Netflix scored a grand total 53 nominations. Most of their nominations went to Mank and Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, but Netflix’s most recent release Malcolm and Marie managed to score a nomination. Dropping worldwide on February 5, Malcolm and Marie scored a nomination for star Zendaya.

Despite Netflix’s nomination sweep, Promising Young Woman scores big with a staggering 9 nominations. More posthumous honors are given to the late Chadwick Boseman for his work on Da 5 Bloods and Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. Exclusively broadcasting on the HCA’s official Facebook and Youtube, the HCA Film Awards winners will be announced on March 5th.
