Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Black Adam solo film has been in development for quite some time now. The Rock himself has been cast as Black Adam for years, but we have yet to see him make his onscreen debut as the villain/anti-hero. The Rock has taken to Twitter to announce that production on his Black Adam solo film starts this July, Summer 2020.
While we have to see The Rock suited up as Black Adam, a new statue sculpted by sculptor The King’s Letter gives us one of many fan takes on what The Rock could look like as Black Adam. The first and only time we’ve seen Black Adam in live-action (sort of) was in this year’s Shazam.
