Kimetsu Gakuen (Kimetsu Academy) versions of Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Giyu coming to Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles as playable characters
CyberConnect2’s upcoming Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles video game has just revealed three new playable characters. Although these characters have been revealed already, these specific versions of these characters stand out as their own as they are based on the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu Gakuen (Kimetsu Academy) versions of Tanjiro, Nezuko and Giyu. All three version of the characters will be playable in the game’s versus mode and each version will have their own abilities and moves set.
Unfortunately for those looking to see these characters in action, the tease is region-locked at the moment. However, Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicle’s official Twitter account shared some new images to get fans outside of the region excited about the new additions to the game.
Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles has already announced 15 playable characters including the main cast Tanjiro, Nezuko, Giyu, Zenitsu, Inosuke, the late Flame Hashira, Rengoku, and Murata. Needless to say, this roster is stacked! Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles is set to release on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Playstation 4, Playstation 5, and PC sometime this year.
