That’s how the solicitation for the just-revealed Black Cat Annual #1 scheduled for this coming November reads.
So, the rumors are true! Black Cat and our Friendly Neighborhood Spiderman will be officially tying the knot. So, how did this all play out? And how the heck did they get there? – Well, that is what we hope current series writer, Jed McKay, will eventually sort out all the details, along with artist Javier Pina and variant covers by superstar artists, J. Scott Campbell and Todd Nauck.
Black Cat and Spidey have, for the most part, been on-and-off-lovers for the large of a few decades, before he eventually tied the knot with Mary Jane Watson. In recent issues of Amazing Spiderman, Felicia and Peter have gotten re-acquainted after years of little interaction and their relationship has blossomed from adversaries to allies to somewhat flirty/platonic. However, Peter has been cozy again with Mary Jane for quite some time now in the series. It’ll definitely be interesting how all this will play out.
