Jiménez will be teaming up with new series writer, James Tynion IV, who took over the title as on issue #86. Joining him will be colorist Tomeu Morey.
Jiménez has been working on Justice League title as its primary artist, alongside writer Scott Snyder. However, both Jiménez and Snyder’s run on the title will officially end with Justice League #39, out this coming January. Prior to their finale being announced, Snyder mentioned that he and Jiménez “have bigger chapters already planned together”.
This is not Jiménez’s first time working with The Caped Crusader. The artist has worked on previous solo Batman stories, most recently Batman: Arkham Unhinged and Batman: Lost.
