DC Comics is powering its way through the new Dawn of DC and as previously announced we have new titles for Titans who are now stepping up to become the new Justice League. Oliver Queen returns in a new Green Arrow ongoing series with the plot moving forward with Green Arrow #2. Mark Waid takes a crack at the powerful wizard Shazam and we venture into the inner cities with City Boy and the spiritual world with Xanthe, who was just introduced this past week in Lazarus Planet: Dark Fate #1. We also cannot forget about Leah William taking a power shot at Power Girl, and Victor Stone getting new gear in Cyborg #1!
