The Promised Neverland Season 2 has now been hit with a delay in release due to COVID-19. The announcement comes from the official Japanese Manga Twitter account for the series.
The Promised Neverland Season 2 was set to release in the Fall Anime Season later this year in October. Due to the global pandemic and safety hazards for workers all around the world the series has been pushed back a few months. For those disappointed do not fret. The same account also revealed with this delay announcement that a rebroadcast of the first season will air in its place.
The rebroadcast also serves a good starting point for those who were interested in the anime before and have never had the opportunity to see it or haven’t found the time to watch it. For those who don’t want to wait that long can catch the entire first season of The Promised Neverland on Hulu and Crunchyroll.
