Earlier today Crunchyroll announced their upcoming slate of Crunchyroll Originals anime series, including the hit WEBTOON series by Yongje Park The God of High School. The team at MAPPA has shared their excitement following Crunchyroll’s announcement and have released an official statement expressing it.
The God of High School creator Yongje Park also commented on today’s Crunchyroll Originals announcement:
2020 marks exactly 10 years since I started publishing The God of High School. After 10 years, The God of High school is being animated. Maybe this is the best moment of my life… that’s how happy I feel. I wish that I can share my happiness with you.
