Fire Force has been heating up the anime world since its debut back in July of this year, and while the fandom is split over the anime it has managed to keep a vast majority attentive enough to keep coming back week after week. As the Summer anime season nears its close, heading towards the end of the Fall anime season. Shows like Dr. Stone, Demon Slayer, among others have officially aired their closing chapters.
Fire Force, on the other hand, was hit with quite a few delays over the course of its anime season. But to make way for the upcoming Winter anime season, Fire Force is airing Episodes 23-24 back to back in a massive one-hour block.
These last two episodes of Fire Force have up the ante by reuniting the Kusakabe Bros., Shinra and Sho Kusakabe, both wielders of the famous Adolla Bursts, which was revealed to have a direct link to the spontaneous human combustions the Fire Force Companies have to deal with. As tensions rise the Sho Brothers have found themselves on opposing sides.
The battles between the two have been firey with emotions and highly intense. Now with these two final episodes, and the appearance of The Evangelist, we can only hope that the one-hour finale delivers; and hopefully delivers the news of a second season.
