DRAGON BALL

Dragon Ball Super ended on a super hot note. Leaving fans wanting more action packed episodes of the hit anime series. Fans got their wish in the form of a feature length film based in Dragon Ball Super canon. In which we saw Legendary Super Saiyan Broly make his official Dragon Ball debut, making him officially canon.

DRAGON BALL

Dragon Ball Super: Broly was a massive hit to say the least, but that’s not why we are here. Yesterday a new report stating that new episodes of Dragon Ball Super were in the works and arriving this summer, made its rounds on the internet. Spreading like fire and gathering fans with excitement, quicker than Goku asking the universe for their energy for his Spirit Bomb.

Thanks to ToonamiSquad we now have official word from Toei Animation themselves, confirming that the report is indeed false. This is what Teoi Animation had to say:

“Toei Animation media representative David Syatt wholeheartedly denies the rumors. He confirms that there are no new episodes of Dragon Ball Super being produced at this time.”

David Syatt

David Syatt followed that up with ToonamiSquad by telling them that an official statement might be released later on today.

We’ll make sure to keep you guys covered as this story develops.
