Yesterday, Wonder Woman 1984 director Patty Jenkins and lead star Gal Gadot took to social media to announce their guest appearance at CCXP Brazil this coming December. Along with the announcement came a brand new piece of promo art for the upcoming film and a huge tease of something to come for fans in attendance of the event.
WB has officially confirmed and announced that the first official trailer for WW84 will debut on Sunday, December 8th at CCXP 19 during their Wonder Woman panel in the Thunder Hall. While no official word has been said on whether or not the trailer will be released online immediately after, its presumed that it will be.
The panel will also be live-streamed via Twitter on the official Wonder Woman Film Twitter account. Patty Jenkins and Gal Gadot will participate in a live Q&A during the panel. Warner Bros. has also teased a big surprise for fans during the panel. I would like to speculate and hope its the first official reveal of Kristen Wiig as Cheetah, who will be one of the main villains of the film. I say “one of” simply because Pedro Pascal is rumored to be playing the villain Maxwell Lord.
